Cycle & Scale was founded by Bianca Glang, bringing together 18+ years of commercial and international business development experience in the Netherlands and Germany with a deep commitment to improving Women’s Health.
Having supported 50+ organisations throughout her career, Bianca combines commercial experience, local market knowledge and an extensive network with a highly involved and personal way of working.
She works alongside founders and entrepreneurs to help build and commercially grow their businesses, from identifying opportunities and sharpening propositions to developing strategic partnerships, entering new markets and turning plans into action.
Part strategist, part connector and part sparring partner, Bianca brings together the commercial direction, people, opportunities and next steps needed to keep a business moving forward.
